Building again

Not satisfied with living in a gorgeous home, built less than 2 years ago, and in the city named as having the best climate...we're building all over again. This time, in Carleton Place, Ontario just southwest of Ottawa. We looked at both existing homes and new homes in and around the Ottawa-Carleton region but fell in love with the Stone Water Gate development by Sienna Homes. And not unlike California, housing prices in the Ottawa-Carleton region have shot through the roof, so making the choice to live a short distance outside of Ottawa and save a ton money for a beautiful home wasn't hard to swallow. Of course the downside to building is waiting for it to be ready. We're looking at an approximate move in date of November 24th. Another five months to go but who's counting, right Bob?
